Upon joining GREY, my first assignment was to re-imagine the Pantene.com website. Many moons later, we have launched the new digital home of the world's leading haircare brand, complete with a more intuitive content strategy, redesigned UX and a new visual identity, and overall fresher look and feel. Designed within the confines of a brand-mandated template, the design started with a custom template build and initial pass by partner agency Geometry, and concluded with a full scale redesign of art and copy tone led by myself and my team. Key shifts included a language that is more in tune with our younger demo, along with imagery that reflects her lifestyle, and a clearer, more organized UX that allows her to find much-needed product information first, with natural integrations of how-to and styling content, ratings and reviews and eCommerce.
